A performance of a Brandeis Gavotte by Anna Esipova on May 12 1877 in Boston is noted by Arthur Foote. There are however at least two other Brandeis Gavottes, one a Gavottina without opus number, published in 1883 (though may have of course been composed earlier), the other one of a set of 6 Characteristic Pieces, Op.65 published in 1881.
