This template creates a work reference that were reported in the Danish periodical Dansk Boghandlertidende (see Research Sources for Denmark - Monthly publication lists after 1854).
The parameters are:
publication_date (Required): The publication date of the periodical in the format YYYY-MM-DD, e.g. 1862-02-01 for 1st February 1862.
volume (Required): The volume number; valid numbers are 1 to 12 and from 61 to 93.
issue (Required): The issue number.
page (Required): The page in the periodical where the work publication is reported.
work_publication_date (Required): The publication month for the work that is reported in the periodical in the format YYYY-MM, e.g. 1862-01 for January 1862.
link (Optional): External link to an online available scan of the work reference in the periodical.
