Described as an oratorio on page 4 of PDF, I think.
The text is not a setting of Revelations 14:13 but uses the phrase as its title (it seems to be the composer's own meditations on religious subjects.)
1907 had performances conducted by the composer in Dresden and in Leipzig- the Leipzig performances may have come earlier.
