Inscribed in Neukomm's autograph catalog as number 134, dated 10/18/1814 AMZ only lists works up to Opp.12 (especially just-released op.10 6 songs with piano, op.11 Fantasy for orchestra (recently recorded on cpo, I think the same one), op.12 flute and piano fantasy in D minor, and 12 waltzes without opus.)

Reviewed in the March 1816 AMZ, pp.199-200 (and more briefly (in a Brief Notice/Kurze Anzeige)) in pp.15-16 in the same year) which suggests publication in 1815.
