another publication from Rosoor-Delattre stamped as 1899 has a higher plate number (by 124- which may be a lot or a little depending on that publisher...) so guessing 1898/9. This piece has been published at least twice, in 1892 (Laloue of Paris) and ca.1899 (Rosoor-Delattre in Tourcoing.)-Schissel
