Almost certainly the opus 21, Polka bohémien in E-flat major, though HMB does not show this being published (in Europe) until 1855. The date 1852 is of a piece with the publication dates of opp.20-23 as otherwise known. However, lacking certainty and a copy of opus 21 actually identified as such with which to compare, creating separate page for now.
