SBB estimates date of publication as 1874. This mystifies me; the first page of each song says "Entered according to Act of Congress A.D. 1867"- this refers either to the date of the act of Congress (which is true in some similar cases in some countries) or, more consistently with other US-copyrighted scores, with the year of copyright, here, 1867. (The plate is the same as the original 1851 issue, however.)
