The 160-page (ms-copy published) full score (&parts, as noted in the PDF above) can be read but not borrowed (i.e. reference-only) at the Royal College of Music London (according to the RCM Online Catalogue.)
An earlier violin concerto completed September 1875 in the same key (dedicated to Guido Papini, but possibly never - and still never, as of September 2015- performed) survives (complete) in manuscript and is described in detail in Dibble's Charles Villiers Stanford: Man and Musician (p.72, elsewhere).
