The tutti/ripieno parts have Moderato - Largo - Rondo: Andante con moto. I am going to assume they fit together and are the same piece. Recorded (though it would seem mislabeled as in Bâ™ major?) on a 2007 Tactus CD. CD says viola and strings, but manuscript specifies e.g. "flauti", etc.
Published in an edition by Kenneth Martinson by Gems Music Publications in 2011. Still, can be uploaded here if one can establish that it was performed (more than 25 years ago).
