This template is used for derivative works based on a hymn by an unknown songwriter(s). Unlike {{HymnDerivs}}, this template omits the composer's name from the name of the resulting category ‘Pieces based on ‘X’’.

Variable 2 will replace the text Based on at the beginning of the template's output: "Based on Hymn X by Composer Y." Variable 3 allows the option of omitting the composer name altogether by inserting a "0". Since the composers of these songs are unknown, you should always use Variable 3 to omit the composer name altogether by inserting a "0" when using this template.
