A Tantum ergo for tenor and 4-part chorus with organ was published- supposedly a premiere publication- by Richault ("Musique religieuse de L. Cherubini,.... 1er volume") in 1867. Not sure if it's this one (though the chorus was 4 part rather than 5) in reduction, or his Tantum ergo in A-flat. Since the B-flat had already been published in 1820, one assumes that the Richault was not the same as the B-flat.
