There are at least 2 commercial recordings, on Marco Polo (1996) and (a faster one?) on Adda/Auvidis-Valois (1997) (Moscow Symphony and Liège Symphony respectively.) The score was published by Eschig in 1988.
Despite "D major" from both the recordings, the symphony's first movement is fairly clearly if undemonstratively in D minor.`
