There are 2 WorldCat entries. One treats Poncin as the composer, and one treats Valente as the composer. Since it is a parody on Valente's Un Rêve, it is more likely that he did not do the parody himself, since he would not need another composer to help him do it.
Presumably this has an accompaniment of some sort, since there are 9 bars rest at the beginning of the vocal part. For now, the assumption is that is piano, but the tags will have to be changed if that turns out not to be the case.
