According to RISM, the opening is pretty close to being a quote from (the opening??) theme of Carl Czerny's O Salutaris Hostia in G major (except Czerny's opening notes are separated by quarter-rests). Otherwise, the first five quarter notes, taking those rests out of consideration, and accounting for key, seem to be identical. Could be a coincidence or a case of both being identical to something else, though I wonder if Zeuner studied with or otherwise knew Czerny? I think the Czerny work was only published in the 20th century, though the manuscript copy RISM mentions - RISM 600501709 - dates from ca.1850.
(Czerny made several settings of the text - another in D-or-F major from 1833 may be marginally better known.)
