New York Times mentioned a performance in that city in the issue of February 9, 1912, performed by the Philharmonic Society, the composer conducting, Ernest Hutcheson at the keyboard.
MS score and parts (of this, his cello concerto (1917), piano concertino, and orchestral aubade also) are at the Fleisher Collection of the Free Library of Philadelphia.
According to Hyperion program notes, the printed version is a slightly revised one: at least the end of the 1st movement is different from that in the full score.
