This firm, founded when Martin Oberdörffer of Leipzig bought A.F.Cranz of Bremen in 1888, published many songs and also works for violin and cello by Sitt, Pache, and Seitz.
It sold most of its titles to Vom Ende of Cologne in 1895, retaining those by Victor Hansmann. The imprint survived until 1925.
