According to IMSLP, this is manuscript is made up of two separate arias; "Nu bör oss prisa Gud för det framlidna år" and "Statt up o Swea Land och strÿk dir mörker bort". Both are set to the same music, so it is likely that "Statt up o Swealand" is just a verse of the former.
