Extra Information	The first version (2012) is documented in the live recording. The final revision, 2023, is very similar in the first section, but adds a central and final sections, and is almost twice as long. Midday is a wind quintet inspired by the image of a heated midday in a southern Mediterranean summer. The mood is quite ominous. What used to be pleasant in the Anthropocene can acquire dangerous overtones because of climate change.
