Performed, according to a report from Newman's concerts in a German magazine of the time (Zeitschrift der Internationalen Musikgesellschaft, Volume 3) in Robert Newman's Queen's Hall concerts, London, in the 1901-early 1902 season (in which he conducted a number of works by Georg Schumann including Amor und Psyche and one of his sets of Symphonic Variations (possibly "Variationen und Doppelfuge über ein lustiges Thema" for large orchestra, Op.30.)) So - premiered no later than 1902 Feb.
