Fernand Wilmet was a Belgian Clarinettist who published music from 1883 until 1931. Born probably ca. 1845 as there is already a mention of his name (Société liégeoise de Littérature wallonne,1864) as a collector of a version of the Prodical Son Parabole in provincial dialect.
