The title page says "Arrangée pour Le Forte-Piano, ou Harpe . . . ." and then says "Composée par F. D Mouchy". WorldCat shows no other works by this title, so it is not likely to be an arrangement of, for example, an opera. In addition, none of the WorldCat entries for the arrangement give a date, but if the "ca. 1794" is correct, it is barely a year after the execution of Louis XVI, so there would have been little time to mount a full-scale opera. Still, it is clear that it is an arrangement, so this is all subject to correction if a different instrumentation, or work, surfaces later.
