  • Ricercari 1, 6, 7 edited at the following site for both one manual organ and one manual with pedal

https://sites.google.com/umd.edu/jacques-buus-recercari/home?authuser=0

  • All editions transcribed for keyboard and so voices have been arranged for ease of playing rather than clarity of voice leading, in the 16th century manner. However, in order to perform these properly, one would have to add the appropriate ornamentation throughout, as in the examples of intabolatura from the period, or the rules prescribed by Diruta in Il Transilvano.
  • Buus himself intabulated for organ the first ricercar from this book in his Intabolatura d'Organo: Quattro recercari published at Venice in 1547.
