Hi,
I just wanted to follow the explanation to add a new user talk, but I was not able to succeed: "Use the "+" link at the top of the user talk page to add a new message" seems to be outdated, because there is not + button at the top of the user page. When I navigate to the Discussion Board where all user talks are listed, then there is a button "New topic", but there I cannot select the user, which I want to send a message to.
Could someone with knowledge update the HelpPage and explain how to contact a user?
