The manuscript score linked above is dated after Pescetti's death, so probably not an autograph manuscript, and it gives piano as an option. There is a manuscript of other sonatas (also not an autograph manuscript) that is for cembalo only, so it is more probable that this should have been cembalo only. However, currently the only manuscript for this specific sonata that IMSLP has available does list both instruments, but if an autograph manuscript is ever made available, the piano tag may have to be removed.
