History
Euterpe Ticinese of Chiasso functioned from ca 1840 until the end of the century. Euterpe was the Greek muse of Music.
Chiasso is a town at the southern tip of Ticino canton, Switzterland, on the main road and rail route from Italy to Northern Switzterland, through the St. Gotthard Tunnel.
It published opera-related works: vocal solos, piano fantasies and violin and cello fantasies.
The firm co-operated with Lucca of Milan and Ducci of Florence.
