Given the French title, might possibly be something in earlier issues of Bibliographie de la France, re point 1. Re point 2, The only Mirecki I'd run across before was Frantiszek Mirecki, but there are entries in 1887 issues of BdlF for a composer who Worldcat says is Maurice de Mirecki, and perhaps some alternate names for Sidorovic(h) might suggest themselves (for one or another or a third reason- I am not suggesting any definite analogy) with some browsing of more than three sources :D Just for example and spreading wings, VIAF.org suggests that there was a "Sidorovič, Konstantin" though I have no idea if this was the same person.
