Also, this may be the A major cello concerto by Leo that was published in a cello/piano reduction (made by Eugen Rapp) in 1937 by Schott ("Komponiert 1737, herausgegeben 1937. Ausgabe für Violoncello und Klavier.") (Depends on the accuracy of the composition date information; the publication could be L.50 instead...)
