Very likely Charles Guglielmi, for there are music publications from 1905 to 1909 with the name Charles Gugliemi; all other published music carrying the name "C. Gugliemi" are danse music (from 1907 to 1933). He is most likely French and possibly the father of Louis Guglielmi known under the pseudonym Louiguy (1916-1991), the composer of Edith Piaff's songs.
