William H. Brockway (born around 1835 — died 1888) was an American composer active in the mid- to late-19th century, best known for songs and small choral pieces published in the 1870s. The exact birth year is uncertain in surviving catalogues, but several music repositories list him with an approximate birth date and a death year of 1888.
He published a number of popular parlor and concert pieces in the 1870s; publishers that issued his music include C. H. Ditson (New York) and Louis P. Goullaud (Boston). Brockway’s work appears in multiple historic American sheet-music collections, indicating he was reasonably well represented in the commercial sheet-music market of his day.
