Hrm. Op.12 published in the 1820s (see Tobias Haslinger and compare its Steiner plate with that of one of the other items...), so... hrm... likewise here.

Are we sure that the original instrumentation was 2 pianos? A 2012 thesis of this opus by Chia-Jung Chou notes that the work was published progressively as:

"Variations Brillantes pour le Piano-Forte" by J. Aibl (1810s), Cappi (1820s), Pacini (1820s), and S.A. Steiner (1821); as
"Variation brillantes : sur un thême original pour le Piano-Forte" by Haslinger (1826); and as
"Austrian Waltz with Brilliant Variations for the Piano Forte" by Mori & Lavenu (1832).
