Busch, sometimes with (Kaspar?) Kummer, wrote dozens of potpourris for 2 violins or 2 flutes in the Apollo series for André (a few listed in HMB-one infers the rest, there may be more definite evidence of them elsewhere.) The violin and guitar arrangement , at a guess , could be his/theirs or by another hand.
