The A3 version is the same typesetting, but intended to be bound. Must be printed with an A3, duplex printer. Print in landscape, Bind Short Edge. Other printing modes will print a mess.
The printed batch still requires a little work - the so-called 'imposition' - from your part to arrange the sheets so the page numbers are in correct succession. Then you can stitch or staple the pages together

Extra Information Marvin regards the intermezzo, though brief and leading directly into the Finale, as a separate movement. (This makes some sense.)

Hrm. Ok, published ca.1798 by Pleyel (all 3 opus 35 sonatas published, with plate 64, so year ca.1798. Composition date usually given is also 1798 for this sonata, but that may be date of publication- date of composition may be unknown- so removing same.) - Schissel (edit: Worldcat gives ca.1810 for the Pleyel edition and 1790s for the Corri-etc. Bears looking into.)
