This copy is missing its title page - it appears to be in the form of a rondo, with an introduction - probably the air is by another composer, made into a rondo by Neate (similarly to his Op.7, Op.14 and Op.16). It will be tagged as such until the original title is known.
The paper is watermarked 1822 and the composer's name and the work's opus number are printed at the foot of each page. It is likely to have been published in London, perhaps by Clementi & Co.
Op.11 and Op.13 are both reviewed in The Harmonicon, No.XLI, May 1826. Op.12 is listed as a Fantasia upon a popular air for piano and violin @ the Catalogue of Printed Music at the Library of the Royal College of Music, here.
