Extra Information First publication appears to have been in 1894 with an obscure imprint, Librarie de l'Art indepéndant, founded in 1893 by F. Bailly. Baudoux opened his firm in 1894 and seems to have been the exclusive distributor for the Librarie de l'Art indepéndant. (Devries & Lesure, pp.40ff).
