Misc. Notes These parts are an amalgamation of three sources. Heugel published separate extractions of Nos. 1 and 3 which are present here, but Nos. 2 and 4-7 are excerpts from the complete instrumental parts for the opera. Since the numbers from the suite were not indicated in the complete parts, following are the demarcations for these movements, given by rehearsal numbers or other landmarks:
  • No.2: 142-148
  • No.4: 148-3/4 after 152
  • No.5: 3/4 after 152-12/8 after 152bis
  • No.6: 12/8 after 152bis-153
  • No.7: Modéré before 333-344

Nos. 2 through 6 are contiguous except for No.3 which in the suite is spliced at rehearsal 148.
I added six measures which were missing in Flutes in No.6.
